Use of any content or materials sent to you must not be for commercial purposes without written permission from ourselves. You are not permitted to use any of our branding or Trade Marks without our written permission.

Our website is updated regularly but we do not guarantee that the information is completely up to date and accurate at all times. The content is for general information and any advice given should not be relied upon without specialist advice being taken. Links to other websites are provided for your information and should not be relied upon as accurate or approved by us.

Passwords and security information provided by us should be treated as confidential and not disclosed to any third parties. Any security breaches should be notified to us immediately by email. Passwords may be disabled by us at any time if security breaches are suspected.

We reserve the right to remove any posting you make on our site if we feel it does not comply with our strict content standard. You retain ownership of any content you post to our site but you are required to grant us permission to use, copy, store and distribute to third parties when appropriate. We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that their privacy has been violated by anything that you post. We do not hold any responsibility for backing up your content within our site.

We are not liable for any harm from viruses or bugs from our site. You are responsible for screening and protecting your information when accessing the site.

All products listed on the site are subject to change and may be updated or discontinued without notice. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel your order, even after sending receipt of your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we send you your shipping information.  

The price of a product is applicable at the time your order was submitted. Subscription product prices that auto-renew are determined on the date of each auto-renewal until you terminate your subscription. Delays in shipping your product, due to unforeseen circumstances or due to changes to your account, may effect the timing of our billing. Once any promotional periods expire your subscription will automatically renew at the full product price. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on all past due payments per month on the unpaid balance at a rate allowed by law. You are liable to pay any legal fees incurred in the collection of past due amounts.

Delivery dates provided by Stitch Kit are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped with your order information.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after the first box has been shipped. Please allow enough notice to guarantee the cancellation of your auto-renewal payment. Contact us at least 2 business days prior to your subscription’s auto-renewal date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your box email us within 14 days to arrange a return or a replacement. We will accept returns if your purchase does not meet your expectation of the description on the product information page. You will be issued with a store credit to use against another product of your choice. If the product arrives damaged or incomplete a full refund will be issued when the returned product is received at Stitch Kit HQ. All returns must be unused and made within 14 days after the shipment date. Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Special offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

These Terms are governed by English Law under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
